Ingredients
250g minced meat .. I used pork
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp taiwan soy bean paste with chilli
Some pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
1-2 tsp corn flour
Thumb size old ginger cut into thin strips
Method:
1.Mix all ingredients together.
2.Boil water in wok. Once water is boiled, steam the meat for 10min.
3.Garnish with spring onion and fried onion n oil
